Pop and his family have been serving Fish & Chips in the East End since 1945. No nonsense, friendly and quick. Takeaway or sit in to enjoy the informal, nicely surroundings and great value. Come and have a look! This place is already known as ‘the Best Fish & Chips in town! They offer several kinds of fish to choose: cod, hake, mackerel, sole… Also roasted chicken, sausages, hand-made fried fries… Mmm… Decorated and themed as an American Dinner, the service is very efficient plus it is next to Spitalfields Market!
Pop y su familia han estado al servicio de este Fish & Chips en el East End de Londres desde 1945. Aquí nada de tonterías, amabilidad y rapidez. Comida para llevar o disfrutarla sentados en las mesas del restaurante con muy bien ambiente y acogedor. ¡No dejes de venir a conocerlo si visitas la ciudad! Este lugar ya es conocido como “el mejor Fish & Chips de la ciudad! Ofrecen varios tipos de pescado a elegir: bacalao, merluza, caballa, lenguado… También sirven pollo a la brasa, salsichas, patas fritas cortadas a mano, mmm… En un ambiente decorado y ambientado como un auténtico Dinner americano. If you are visiting London do not loose the chance to enjoy the best teas in town at YUMCHAA. They said ‘Tea is at the heart of what we do’. Free wifi included! There are four shops in the city. I highly recommend you the two types of Chai tea with or without caffeine. Both are really good. Come and have a look and do not forget to ask for your Yumchaa card with which for every five drinks you will have a free one!

Wifi gratuito en la consumición. Hay cuatro locales repartidos por Londres. Te recomiendo los dos tipos de Té Chai con y sin cafeína. Lately I am in love with brunches (this meal in between a late breakfast and a early lunch). Advised by my friend Joan, last week I went to Federal for the first time and I promise it won’t be the last one. If you live here or you’re planning to come to Barcelona I totally recommend you to go. A couple of australian guys opened this place a year ago. The owners are not the same anymore but luckly the cafe still in the city.
Unfortunately in Barcelona everything is closed on sundays, so a great idea is to go to Federal Cafe to drink a coffee made with fresh milk on the terrace, eat a hand-made cake, cookies and muffins, try eggs benedict, healthy salads… surrounded by beautiful people (on the inside & outside).

¡Por fin! Me ha llevado más tiempo de lo previsto empezar con esto pero… aquí está. Bienvenid@s a HUNGER (hambre)! A muymia le encanta probar y descubrir, por eso en esta sección os introduciré en atractivos lugares para comer, beber y compartir un café, té, cerveza…
Últimamente estoy obsesionada con los brunch (comida entre un desayuno tardío y un almuerzo temprano). Aconsejada por mi amigo Joan, la semana pasada finalmente pude ir a Federal por primera vez y prometo que no será la última. Si vives en Barcelona o estás pensando en visitar la ciudad, sin duda os lo recomiendo. Una pareja de australianos abrieron este lugar hace un año. Los dueños ya no son los mismos, pero por suerte el café sigue con nosotros.
Por desgracia en Barcelona los domingos está todo cerrado, por eso una gran idea es ir a Café Federal a tomar un café con leche fresca en la terraza, probar un trozo de tarta, madalena o galleta 100% artesanal, unos huevos benedictinos, sanas ensaladas… rodeados de gente guapa (por dentro y por fuera).
